Return & Refund Policy

At UAE Glow Skin, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.


Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Sale or promotional items (if marked final sale)
